Placement and installation

When planning the placement of your sauna, please consider the following recommendations for minimum clearances. These will make a noticeable difference in installation, care, and maintenance.

Choose a location with a flat, level surface
Leave 5 cm clearance on the sides and back of your sauna
Leave 30 cm clearance above the roof of your sauna
Ensure the power outlet is always accessible for hard resets
Check your sauna's technical specifications for required amperage

As every location is different, we recommend contacting your sales consultant. They can assist you in selecting the optimal sauna model for your individual space. Depending on the location, an on-site inspection before installation may also be possible.

Warranty for Clearance Items

Clearance and Warehouse Sale items are subject to an adapted, limited warranty that deviates from our standard warranty conditions.

The scope of the warranty varies depending on the individual product and will be clearly stated at the time of sale.
The warranty is strictly limited to 5 years, and, where applicable, supersedes any regular lifetime or extended warranty.
The warranty exclusively covers the structural and functional components of the product.
Any cosmetic or functional defects disclosed before purchase (including, but not limited to, dents, scratches, discoloration, or minor flaws) are expressly excluded from the warranty.
No warranty claims, credits, refunds, or price reductions will be accepted for defects disclosed in advance or already accounted for in the product's condition.
Clearance products may include customer returns, end-of-line models, display items, or items with cosmetic defects.
